At Michael’s House, we want to make you feel comfortable and safe on our campus and make the admissions process as easy as possible. The admissions process generally begins with a telephone conversation with a certified counselor who will assess your medical, behavioral, and social background to help determine the best course of treatment. We encourage you to ask questions about our program, facility, treatment, or any other concerns.
Once your initial call has been completed, we will contact your insurance carrier, review your coverage, and explain your financial responsibilities. If you require transportation to our Palm Springs, CA center, affordable transportation options may be available upon request.
